4. Pricing and Payment

Prices in quotes exclude applicable taxes, shipping, handling, or other fees unless explicitly stated.

Payment terms: 50% non-refundable deposit due upon order acceptance; balance due prior to delivery, shipment, or pickup.

Acceptable payment methods: wire transfer, ACH bank transfer, check, credit card. If paying by check, it must clear before the work begins.

Overdue payments accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, plus any collection costs.
5. Delivery, Shipping, and Pickup

Delivery and completion timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.

We are not liable for delays caused by supply issues, force majeure events, or factors beyond our control.

Shipping arrangements and costs are your responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon handover to the carrier or upon pickup at our Southern Utah facility.

Local pickup is available by appointment.
6. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship and will substantially conform to agreed specifications for a period of 90 days from delivery or pickup.

This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, modifications, normal wear, or failure to follow care instructions.

YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY IS REPAIR, REPLACEMENT, OR REFUND (AT OUR OPTION).
